Mr. Martindale is the Managing Partner and co-founder of the Red Oak Group. He has over thirty years of experience in manufacturing and product design both as a consultant as well as in industry environments.

Prior to founding the Red Oak Group, Mr. Martindale was a founder of SiGMA Consulting and has held a number of key management positions with Rank Xerox and Xerox Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, and was a practice leader within Booz-Allen & Hamilton's and KPMG Peat Marwick's Manufacturing Technology Practice.

Mr. Marshall is a Senior Partner and co-founder of the Red Oak Group. He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, new product development, quality and information technology. Mr. Marshall's background is in both industry and consulting.

Prior to founding the Red Oak Group, Mr. Marshall was with SiGMA Consulting and Nextera Enterprises. As a senior member of the manufacturing practice at SiGMA and Nextera he led a number of major assignments across a wide array of industries, these included Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products and the Electronic industries.
